Este cuadro es el segundo de mi serie Raíces y nació desde mi interior, de ahí su nombre. Representa los primeros pasos en la búsqueda de mi identidad y de mis orígenes. Estoy muy contenta porque se va a ir al hogar de una familia amiga, que valora el arte y el cariño depositado en cada obra. Lo dejo ir con sentimientos encontrados...es el primero que vendo, el primero que se va, y si bien me da un poco de nostalgia no tenerlo, me siento orgullosa que vuele con alas propias.
